Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at support@nazranaonline.in or by calling our customer service. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the item after it has been delivered, following our return process.
2. Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-refundable Items: Certain items, including custom-made products and items on sale, are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping:
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
